Perfidy
Tis not the coveter that hurts
The egoist is insignificant
Dubiousness is a child’s play
And ‘tis not what’s in the belly that kills.
The weight of words is little
There is no weight in man’s presence
Absence is only a mere event
Even the eyes betray the body.
Perception is just a mere instinct
The ears are gullible
For that which the tongue gets it takes
While the heart knows it all
The mind is an abyss
Darkness it communes- when-
Not in control of the day-
That sees sham.
For the light detest shadows
Being full in wisdom- that-
Duplicity is not concrete-
Rather ‘tis perceived than seen.
