Perfect Break-Up
If I was your best,
I hope I'm not your last.
If I was your first,
Then I hope I was your worst.
No tears needed
For this imperfect man,
And if I ever hurt you
That wasn't the plan.
I still adore
Your precious smile.
Leave it on
Forever, for it's worth while.
Now I say farewell
And seal it with a kiss,
But not goodbye.
I hope I'm back
For you,
That I already miss.
