People From No Where

Look around, what do you see Tales of you and I, same old, we Here or there, now and then Asking where did it begin Memories flicker, a hazy hue Grasping at images, old and new Some grainy, covered in dust Remembering, hard but we must Some glistening on a pedestal Highlights used for survival A whole life inside, filed away Baffled, is that where it will stay So beautiful, so breathtaking Love so vivid, so painstaking Destiny is all, a fate written A story to be shared, envisioned Rather by purpose or coincidental It couldn't be merely sentimental It's there, a weight of significance That these lives have made a difference Legacies to be passed down generations Character travels through time, vibrations Chronicles of you and I, same old, we Will the future look to us and see People, people from no where Will they know of all we wished to share Words we've spoken, words we've wrote down Could they last, find their way to a new town A journey through history, on and on it goes Winding like rivers, moving, ebbs and flows Reaching someone, anyone from any where Right when they need us, do we dare you and I, same old, we, we shared Just us, two people from no where

I want to take nothing away from each line of beautiful verse by trying to quote them and blah, blah, blah-ing them. Simply note: this was lovely and extraordinary write.
