'pendulum'

Whenever you feel unapppreciated
When it feels like no one sees your effort
you have to realise that life has become hurried 
people are jostling for awards
that are all in their minds 
they have become so preoccupied with being first in line
that the word empathy has gone out of fashion

Don’t let the alacrity of life 
Catapult you into doubt and feelings of worthlessness
Your pendulum moves at your pace
Don’t look at a stranger’s pace and compare it to yours
Your stages of life are inimitable
Don’t be blind to your worth

There is hardly time for quiet supplication when everythings a rat race and that exactly when one misses the whole point. It takes you to remind us " hey straighten up and fly right"
