Peace-Loving Waters

PEACE-LOVING WATERS

r i p p l e s  in the water give me goosebumps.
the  l a b y r i n t h  of comely swoosh,
the quacking ducks sail upon its u n d u l a t i on.
~
little ones, likewise, s w i s h  their feet and hands
through the silky coolness of reflections.
~              
a cerulean sky, a lovely water bank -
alluring lovers with ladle hands.
~
tender  t i n k l i n g  tremors
s p l a s h   inside my head
releasing e n d o r p h i n s.
~
the  r i p p l i n g  of our creator's pleasure
across our human landscape.
a   s c i n t i l l a t i n g   summer day
