Peaceful My Dream

I stand at waters edge
golden sand beneath my feet
glistening freely gives way...

without struggle...
I enjoy the venture of
my body waiver and slip...

letting go in a peaceful
free fall...knowing that
my faith alone will catch
me softly...

a gentle breeze caresses...
my hair...as if spiritual ribbons
were softly placed...

I count my blessings
for all that life and love
have bestowed...

I give thanks with graceful
tenderness...I welcome tomorrow...

...this joy I have reached...this
maturity...without plea...

I surrender this in peacefulness
I found me in my dream...
