Peace Within

When thoughts creep in that stir up doubts
My faith is made steadfast
No lies of deceit can poison still
The truth I know to be

Hold fast to His Words of Truth
They are my saving glory
For if I falter, let them go
Deeply in a hole I shall fall

Truly as I hold on fast
My Lord’s hand holds tightly too
And all my fears and worries
Fall away, as always, like before

It's by His strength I grow in grace
And seek Him more so now
That when my time to lay at rest
With calm confidence I know ... I’ll see Him soon

For when the Trumpet blows aloud
His brilliance will be seen
By all eyes 'round the world
As we rise from our rest to meet Him

No Ron, all is well .... I just think of those that I have lost or those that are lost. And write what comes to my heart. But all is well, thank you for caring.

Bev your faith is beautifully strong as is your love for our Savior, I hope I'm not reading something into this poem but I pray the Lord keeps you safe and strong, in Jesus name. Your friend Ron
