Peace To Hooligan

Cantankerous and hooligan, his spirits were raging, he was shouting and honking, like a man gone amuck, it was a sight, and he was a fright, he could have taken anything on anyone, thats why they watched from afar-everyone, suddenly eruption faded like a balloon burst, he had sighted the policemen walking in first.
