Peace Signs and Anarchy
The next decade is just a week away
But I learned how to hold myself together today
She conformed to the blacktop where it all needed repair
He conformed to society because someone left him there
There are peace signs and anarchy carved into all the trees
When there's black rain and purple chalk, will you come back to me?
Once we ran away, but they refused to go back
There's a letter on the floor of all the things they lack
If you think I'm good for you, then I think you're not for her
I can pretend that it's true love, but now I'm not too sure
