Peace of Mind
Silver buds bloom to light up the night,
Little mice scampering with unknown fright,
Divine and peaceful,
Tranquil and blissful,
I love this garden of mine,
From its high window the moon will shine,
Showing green’s prevailing hues,
Star and moon of my muse,
A place of creation,
Abode of inspiration,
Home of solitude and grace,
Lovely as nature’s budding face,
This garden I describe in simplicity,
Avoiding the unamiable complexity,
Satisfactory to my degree,
This lovely garden come see.
