Peace From Misfortune

All is good
All is great
but it would be better if I hadn't made a mistake
Only if I did not eat that raw steak on my plate and went at a slow pace
Though my actions were fake, I didn't hesitate to tell my mate that I failed at the objective I was trying to create
I can't rake off the fact that I lied even if I tried to undo my misfortune
The cookie crumbled at my feet and I couldn't retreat from the new custom
It was bound to happen
Now I'm laughing that I survived the round
