Peace and Love Ohh Flower Child How I Wish I Was You

Power to you

Flower child

Peace and love

Right back at you

Oh sometimes oh how I only
wish that I was you

If only just for a 1 single Day

To see for myself what it must be
like to be blessed with your own
individual

Sunny disposition inherent unaired
positively elevated viewpoint and
outlook upon life

And firm belief in the humanity we
human beings possess and our ability
to change for the greater good

As apposed to my here self who views
the world through cynical and weary
eyes not rose tinted perspective

Hope to me has long since been
merely just a word comprising of
4 alphabetical letters

1 of many you can look up under
H in any English dictionary

In every other respect we are both on the
same page and have similar points of view
as are the beliefs we hold dear

Unfortunately I can't seem and rather
prefer not to block out all the bad
that exists in this imperfect world
world we live and take it into account

Because unfortunately and as sad
and unsettling and as hard and as
that may well be to admit

In reality there is no way from getting
away from it as it most definitely exists

And isn't going away anytime soon

As long as we us human beings remain
in charge and are free to roam this here
planet earth we reside upon
