Peace

White, all white pigeons
are peace's messengers
into people's minds,
and a flutter in the heart,
it's the signal to men
that want to stop war.

The peace pigeons in the soul
make you see human beings
around you, not enemies,
make you want to build not destroy.
The gray pigeons of war go away,
for other places, unfortunately.

There comes the time
to unleash creative powers,
wash away the reddish signs
of war cruelties and bullets,
to raise the shaked soul
from the thoughts of chaos and death,
to the heights of miracles and life,
of color, of light, and children.
