Pavement

Pavement

Can you see me
in the doorway
at your feet?

My face is not so furry
My whiskers not so sweet
My fur cover is dirty pavement all bounds

My eyes are sad maybe fearful
Because I never know
As a bark so soft so low

Spare Change!

Away your feet will go.
