Pause

I cannot help but notice Everytime, God brings us back into each other's lives, We experience loss and our spirits connect, The timing is impeccable, and it's never what we expect, So many things in common yet so far apart, I stand in awe and try to understand what is it about your heart, It goes beyond my understanding, so I sit and wait to see, Because I have faith to know one day that God will explain this to me, So I put my heart on pause, and I know God will meet me there, And I will keep you close until that day, and place you in my prayers.
