I adore salmon cakes and croquettes, and this is a delicious epulaeryu! Now I'm going to have to make some because I won't be able to stop dreaming about them! Thank you for your comments on my poem, "Cat-titudes"...life has been busy and difficult for a while, but it's good to be back. :)
