Patscherkopfle Memories

I took a teacher's flight to Austria many years ago, We flew to igls , Austria, a beautiful town with a church. I would walk with my skiis on my back, Dressed in a red ]sweater and black ski pants and red hat and ski boots. A walk through the beautiful town, I had signed up for ski lessons instead of taking a tour of Salzburg. We had ski classes everyday, We had two instructors that taught us how to ski. The second teacher had us skiing the Patscherkopfle, This is the highest mountain in Austria. I said I am only skiing halfway and I will take the ski lift the rest of the way. I wasn't ready to ski the mountain after two weeks of instruction. They had a nice cafe where the first instructor and I had lunch with a friend. Author: Gwen von Erlach Schutz
