Patience Is a Virtue

Patience is a virtue they say
When trying to lose some weight
Rome wasn't built in a day you known
So have that wee piece of cake

Slow and steady should be a motto
To remember as you struggle each day
There's no substitute for dedication
Just keep at it come what may

Eventually you'll see some progress
Your feelings inside will explode
Singing a song and clicking your heels
But be sure you don't overload

You've still got a lot of years ahead
Make sure they're happy and free
Free from the scourge of too many pounds
And you'll get down to 303!

Love this one Jack!! Everything takes time, and often that's difficult, particularly in this day and age when everyone wants everything right away! Always, Laura
