Patience

Do not be impatient in prayer
no matter how bleak it seems;
keep praying, for He hears and answers
though the naysayers may be mean.

Do not be impatient in prayer
though all else points to nothing;
just keep praying in all fervour
though the lights may blink and dim.

Do not be impatient in prayer
even for the slightest request;
for every boulder is made of a pebble
trust the Lord, He gives us the best.

Do not be impatient in prayer
for that thing you want so much;
it's not like making a wager
be patient, just go and have your lunch.

Believe me, I have been praying for years
and have yet to see my fruits;
it's like a plant that needs your shears
soon one day, the best of suits!

The results are rigged, the odds are great
as mentioned in Matthew 19:26
such are dreams that are duly made
much to win, a million or six!

So believe in God, as He has saith
again, in Matthew 19:26
"...with God all things are possible."
the biggest gift, O' heavenly bliss!

Most of my prayers are in my car as I drive - no accident or injury please.

yes, Alfred, it's so important to pray; regardless of where we are, yet there is a time for all things. stay safe! cheers!

do not be sad; no one person can truly claim to have enough faith, neither me, nor us all, i believe; for all have fallen short, as Christians we continue this path and pray, pray, pray. just uplift one another as much we can. cheers!

we all have our priorities in life; and yes, we need that very miracle to advance and evolve. The Lord verily saith in the Book of Joshua, chapter 1, verse 8 (in excerpt) "...for then you will make yourself prosperous, and then you will have good success." Glory to the Lord! cheers!
