Patience
The cosmos is extreme
As am I
As are you
Complex beyond comprehension
Bit by bit we comprehend
But impatience
Like a greyhound anxious to escape its trap
Can lead headlong
To a savage end
Mindless instinct
Spilt blood
It’s more revealing
To follow the rabbit
Down the hole
Calmly
