God's flame of bliss has transformed feeble form All that remains is essence of presence Soul's transfigured on choosing to conform With the sublime fragrance of love's incense To imbibe this joy, there's nothing we've done Save gentling the speed of turbid thought flow Negating lower mind, coming undone Lighting lamp of love, rekindling soul's glow Our journey begins with recognition That we are for more than this body-mind This truth becomes known in meditation When we're free from fears and desires that bind Know oh hermit, that we are living light ~ Bliss beats renew within, by day and night 29-November-2022
