Pastor John 2

We were 29, and John was 12.
We moved 2000 miles West.
John moved 60 miles North.
We had led him to Christ and took
him to church every Sunday. Like you,
we often wonder, "What ever happened to
John, or Mary, or Susan?" Far too often,
we will never know what happened to people
so very dear to us. In our case, my wife and
I never found John. John found us on Facebook.

45 years and 2000 miles separated us,
but the memories stuck to us like glue.
God and time returned us to within a
hundred miles of each other. John is
a pastor now, and I will speak at his
church next Sunday.

He became a pastor and you spoke at his church. I like the fact that you were able to take a person with a parallel story to Jordan's and tell what happened. Facebook is a place to find people that is for sure.

Thank you, Miranda, for your comment. Indeed. This was far more than a contest for me. It was so very real. Blessings.
