Past

The only past,
You need to remember.
Is every yesterday,
You’ve shared with me.

The only past,
You need to sweat,
Is the memories,
You won’t share with me.

The only past,
You need to create,
Is every tomorrow,
Spent in the arms we make.

The only past,
You will ever remember,
Is the one you once had,
That I have wiped clean.
