Passions Remembered

Passions can lead in many directions
Sometimes careers, sometimes affections
You struggle in youth to find the right way
To enter a path on which you can stay.

Many hearts broken, many careers made
Your eyes opened, from the way often strayed
Experience teaches you how to survive
To put sorrows behind, how to stay alive.

Wisdom can only come, and finally awaken
From your mistakes made, your purpose shaken
But you can survive, and look forward again
Your spirit will soar, true living begin.

Be not afraid if you stumble and fall
You must rise up, say goodbye to it all!
