Passions Purgatory

Does your passion burn everlasting 
Does your pent up want turn to pain
Are you going through loves mundane motions
While knowing it’s never gonna change

You know how much I appreciate you
Who we kidding can’t we call it love
For each heartbeat we waste regret takes its place
Let’s let our souls combine into one

I want you
You want me
Am I wrong
I don’t believe
I think we both know
Who’s always been the one

Now here we are making believe
Only dreaming our fantasies
While we’re stuck in
Passions purgatory

I come to you you come to me
We find comfort and disbelief 
Knowing we’re so close yet far away

I wear my heart upon my sleeve
While we smile we both grieve
We’re stuck in
Passions purgatory

I love you
You love me
Am I wrong
I don’t believe
I think we both know
Who’s always been the one
