Passing With Regret

Passing With Regret? (Written about someone long since passed) Written: by Miracle Man 1-23-2020 In spring of life he saw true love and marriage, It was a time of no worrisome things to nettle. Being new to the institution he had no disparage, but a few years hence it would test his mettle. But later came winter and good times were past, he began to wonder if good times did exist. From his spring to winter he couldn’t forecast, Strong drink became the culprit he couldn’t resist. He ended up homeless one step from the street, sin from a bottle had now possessed his soul. Toward the end, in life, he couldn’t compete, he had lost his pride and had no self control. Regret is only felt after it is too late. Tom
