Passengers

we are all passengers
on this great ship called America
some only want to simply relax
others are willing to work and pay tax
some will man the cannons
others hide in decks below
some protest, scream and yell
others think all is well
some fix leaks as they appear
others sit back and swill some beer
some strain and help pull the main sails up
others think it just runs on luck
