Parting the River
Crisscrossed
your cat's eye
and I pray
you anesthetize me
Now.
Before I speak
Up and stumble
onto this
ridiculousness.
Far fetched and
grotesque is this
self-afflicted
ignominy.
Dismissal, readiness
without a backpack.
