Parting Rainbows

Parting is always painful
Still we part to the oblivion
Parts we are ...
Made of particles
Destined to fuse with the dark
Nothingness is the ultimatum

Still leaves fall...
Flowing with the gust
Towards an unknown land
Fall ... to nourish the tree
With their last drop of blood
To pass on their blessings
Through the green fuse
That drives life's force

Parting is always painful
Still we part to vacate
Rooms we live
Leaving our fragrance there
To make it a better place
For the new travellers
Oh! We leave our travelogues there
On the table
If they may need
For their sojourn
Moments and mementos
Framed and fused
Like parting rainbows
We all part...

I hope we do leave a trace of our existence - departing this life is painful for those we leave behind but lets hope we can leave some happy memories for others Bobby:-) hugs Jan xx

I feel that we do leave traces of ourselves everywhere we go, an imprint of our essence. This is beautiful Anindya. 7 ; )
