Parrotnapping
A parrot named Cuca was grabbed by a thief;
The owner was very dejected.
When he was recovered, it was a relief;
A birdnapping creep was suspected.
For Cuca was trained and he knew how to speak;
Each morning he gave a reminder
To take all her meds, for her pressure was weak.
As a help, he was really behind her.
To kidnap a pet is both lowlife and mean,
For a pet’s the best friend you can find;
But I hope that that bird, without getting obscene,
Gave that thief quite a piece of his mind!
