Pardoning to Peace

If I am disturbed
by anger
cannot enjoy
sound sleep,
tortured by the wrongs
done to me
I should pardon those
who have done
wrongs to me.
Although it is a hard task
I must overcome it
and, forgive those wrong doers.
Then, my heart
will become light,
I will have a sound sleep
and my heart
will become healthy.
