Pardon Me

Bitter and battered by the unforgiving soul,
broken by the ignorance, that we can not control.

To tell someone your sorry, when you do the Devil's deeds,
Is like living in his Quarry, and tending to his needs.

Luckily for us, through God's mercy and his grace,
our souls receive forgiveness, a pardon from disgrace.
