Parasite: revisited
Inside its host it fed.
lurking and undetected,
Yet blind to the fever of its creation.
Instigating incidentally,
It mustn’t prompt its fruit,
As mutation granted its idleness.
Upon which does blame lie
the fever,
Or the hunger?
