Paper With This Pen
There are many ways,
To express ones' appreciation these days,
There are poems, letters,and, thank you notes,
There are cards, and, yes even silly little quotes;
But no matter how we choose to start,
It needs to be a thank you from the heart,
Anybody can speak their mind,
There are very few who can speak from the heart and they are hard to find;
I have chosen to write on this paper with this pen,
To express the appreciation I have for you deep with-in,
To let you know how much I love, respect, and appreciate you is my goal,
Not only from my heart but, from the very depth of my soul;
You are the most giving person I've ever met,
And, everything you've done I shall never forget,
I said all that to say "THANK YOU" for a great thanksgiving 2007,
Believe me when I say there is a special place for you in heaven;.........
