Pandora's Jar
"Pandora's Jar" or better
known as Pandora's box
Did you not hear what vile
things her curiosity unlocked?
Ghostly forms and evils not yet
known to mankind.
Much like Eve eating from the forbidden
fruit that tempestuously hung from a vine
in her desire to be wise condemned us all
to die.
A great deal of sin came in through the
eyes let us not look on that which we
are in danger of lusting after. She took.
It was her own act and deed.
we may be tempted to do the wrong thing,
but no one can force us; we may be persuaded
but no one can cast us down.
Pandora with all the damnation and ills
her curiosity unlocked found out that
not all was evil not all was damnation
At the very bottom of the container
the last thing that Pandora unleashed
was HOPE...
We make bad choices and blame others
this is who we are but I ask did you not
find hope in Pandora's Jar?
