Pandora's Box

They told me not to open you,
They told me to stay away.
But the temptation was too strong,
I can't help but stray.
I see you,
So far away.
Now I've found you,
And it seems to be okay.
But soon it starts to turn
Into something never thought of,
Something I can't take.
You kiss me and say that you'll change,
But the very next day you're drunk and you punch my face.
And I've realized something,
Its that we'll never be okay,
Not until the day
You take my life away.
