Pandemonium
Peril lurks around our children
As they play and walk to school.
Nighttime's goblins have a rival;
Daytime's just as bad a ghoul.
Evil's names are myriad,
Murderer and terrorist;
Others--racist, rapist, hater . . .
Neverending is the list.
In this time of chaos rife,
Unrelenting fear and strife,
My prayers are for a peaceful life.
