Pandemic Life Lessons
Covid-19 has hit all of us differently
Life has changed so much from what we were used to at one point
No birthday parties, weddings, or even graduations
Each day seems to feel the same with nothing to look forward to
It can be difficult to see the good in the world right now
When everyday our phones are flooded by Covid updates
It’s so easy to focus on everything that we have lost during this pandemic
Many have lost jobs, loved ones, their homes, and any sense of motivation
All of these things have no doubt been tough on everyone
So many of us are struggling with our mental health right now
How do we improve our mental help in a time of crisis?
It starts by focusing on the little things; all of the little life lessons that we have learned
How about learning how to time manage better, and how to set aside time to focus on ourselves
How about how we have persevered through things that we never thought that we could get through?
The connections that we have made through this pandemic will last a long time
Over this time, we have been able to reconnect with family and friends that we were too “busy” to talk to
We have learned new things about our families, and have had more time to spend with them
We have learned to focus less on the materialistic things, and more on creating memories
We may be unmotivated, and we may be so tired of the restrictions
But we have learned so much, and have grown so much as people through this time
We are now more resilient, and are stronger than we could have ever imagined
