Awake to see
Arise to change;
Awareness comes
Pathway winding
Ups and downs declare;
Possibilities
Dream a dream
Focus and see;
Moments of magic
Sunlight spreads
A moving palette;
Magnificent colours
Morning exercise
In rain and shine;
Tai Chi artistry
Pizza delivery
Dominos attends;
Party of four here
Arc of movement
Subtle kaleidoscope;
Happy flinging joy
Early rising moots
Drowsy awareness;
Sleepy connections
Birdsong prayer
For good feasting;
Three chicks to feed
Morning repast
Instant milk with coffee;
Food supplements extra
Just the other day
Old friend died;
Kind chat from beyond
As youth surrenders
Old age brings insights:
Wise old bones aching
With passing years
I learn to discern:
Talk without words
Simple economy
Spend when necessary;
Purge all vanity
A touching moment
Hero's journey ends;
Inevitable death descends
Time for goodbye
Fare you well my friend;
Let all things go
Birth's crying arrival
Lifelong struggle;
Exit with crying departure
God has a great sense
Of humour -- you see
He made man
Little by little
Becomes a plot;
Empty seems a lot
