Pajama Day

My grandkids have Pajama Day From time to time in school, So everyone wears PJ’s, Which the kids find very cool. I really don’t quite get it, though, To wake up and to keep The outfit on that you just wore All night while fast asleep. And even if you change into Fresh PJ’s, I suppose They can’t be much more comfy Than most routine school day clothes. When I was young, Pajama Day Would’ve made a lot more sense, For I can cite my skirts and tights And shoes as evidence. But outfits worn today by kids - The leggings and the sweats - Are just about as comfortable As clothing ever gets.

Ha, ha. You're right. Pajama Day is now a step up in fashion for most. ~ Sign of the Times

How times have changed Ilene, clothes today are made for comfort, jeans and a loose t-shirt will do. Tom

Oh, this was so great. The rhyme and picture of a classroom full of pajama clad kids was hilarious. We had Sadie Hawkins Day during which we were allowed to wear jeans instead of skirts or dresses. How times have changed!
