Painting By Sorrows

Gentle strokes of sorrow brush over you.
Fragility of soulless eyes deep blue
Are closing, weeping tears of knowing truth.
Be gone haunting questions of destiny.

You paint a sorrowful and deeply emotional picture here we can all relate to at some point in our lives. Love that last line especially. Exceptional poetry. Thanks for your comments - the second one had me giggling. Warmest wishes. Love, Shar

Paul, Sometimes truths' reality can make one cry. Especially when their hoped destiny falls to the wayside in a moment's frenzy. You have a well written poem with a nice flow here. Keep writing, DAS-J
