Painter's Last Walk
A Painter's Last Walk
Now you're all doing the last of the artful long endless walks
Does anyone ever know how much work while paintings do talks?
The final etches are painted as elusive Claude Monet
He painted his own self-portrait I will paint me one someday, aye!
My final painting will be the noticeable Northern Lights
told my son and wife that this painting will so meet their delights
Found my real passion in life writing thoughts comes to my mind
So people keep your intelligent mind and try to be kind.
My cleaning tools for oil- and others wrecks- havoc to my eyes
I do know that fumes do make tears of this is no age of lies.
One day I’d buy myself an aged fine piece of painting like Claude Monet
All of his paintings cause my heart to flutter sweet tune at bay.
I’ m in tune with taking a new path in life to a new age
soon I’ll be living in style, with new walls to fill a front stage.
My final stage will be filling the beat of a humming drum
