Painted Portrait

I saw you.
I SAW you,
and it sparkled right through my brain.
And I wondered, my God, how do I now see such grace,
imagination, color, form.
It upsets and devours me deliciously.
No one had told me this was so before.
No one had told me you could be.
You sparkle.
You Sparkle.
And I dissolve
from the uneasy life I usually lead.
Thank God,
for a moment.
