Painted Dreams

In the night, the world is silent Joyous dreams fill our sleep Nothing worldly can touch us Invincibility is our cloak My best ideas born of sleep My dream world is my canvas On which I record my ideas And bring to life What could not be done In the world that holds me But cannot keep me in sleep Dreams are masterpieces To neglect them Would be a crime
