Painful Experiences
Out of the blue
Or a while coming into view
They often leave us not knowing what to do
Why happen
Why occur
Why are we tossed into a blur
Wounding so deep
Leaving a chasm
Life can feel like its in spasm
Silver lining
Some think so
These experiences can make us grow
Our perspective can change
Increasing in range
Casting light
Giving insight
Life is not static
It can be erratic
It moves and flows
And who knows
It may help us expand
For its demand
