Cramps are not a lot of fun, hurt like the Devil good writeThanks for the comment on Ocotillo...they grow 5 or 6 in a bunch, about 5' tall..look like and old dead stick with thorns all the way around,,,an amazing plant..Danny

Hehe. Yeah, I know the feeling. Not so funny when you get that, but funny when you read it. Fortunately, the pain is short. Instead of pumping iron, one might want to take in a little more iron in their diet. Thanks for sharing a little humor and thank you for your comments on my poems. Caroline.
