Pained Writer

A voice
That will never be heard.
A girl
Who means not her words.
A poem
That was made of her tears.
A song
Written by her mortal fears.
A life
That depends on pen and paper
A wish
That hoped pain wasn't forever.

A day
That turned it all astray.

A notebook
Torn into millions of pieces.
A heart
That gave up it's wishes.
A mind
That spoke against it's owner.
A hand
That held a blade coloured silver.
A scream
Of a writer frustrated.
A story
Rushed, senseless and hated.

A skill
Once seemingly well fated.
A talent
Now discarded and hated.
