Pain

The pain some feel from misery, is not good
The pain some feel from ill treatment, 
Will hurt
The pain some feel from abuse,
Is not pleasant
The pain some feel from jealousness,
Is disturbing
The pain some feel from greed, 
Is dangerous
The pain some feel from violence, 
Is painful
The pain some feel from words, 
Can be strong
The pain some feel from want, 
Overcomes what is there 
The pain some feel from bad thoughts, 
Put away the good thoughts
The pain some feel from their heart, 
Will hurt and twist your actions around, twist your feelings, 
And even hurt the outside.

January 31, 2012 at 12:52 AM Wow! It spirals. Well thought out poem. I have always liked the repeating lined poems. This line is very haunting. Very true. And it cuts so deep when you read it. Amazing job! Keep writting!
