Pain

I want you to train
And train again
Till at last
You gain;
I want you to complain
In times
Of pain,
But remember
Stay sane
And gather up gain
Your vital source
Your grain;
Such is my advice
To you;
Over and again
Advice again and again
Need I clearly explain
In your mind
In your brain
Lie the solutions
To the depths of your pain?
No matter how severe
The pain Stay calm
And refrain
From life’s problems
From life’s chain.
