Pain

was that an ache
or a pain
hold on a sec
here it comes again
if i had 
to give it a name
it definitely
would be a pain 
now to guess
where it comes from
up or down
back to front
in or out 
out to lunch
points in-between
is my hunch
can it be helped 
with advil
or do i need 
something stronger still
to try and take
the pain to nill
or at least 
bend it's will
this ache that i 
now know as pain
that makes its way
into my brain
that is the best 
at playing games
disappears 
shows up again
it's such an ache
to deal with pain
